Micheal Kilpatrick

Professional Profile

Mr. Kilpatrick is the senior legal associate of the Performance & Reliability Group. He is responsible for providing legal counsel for all PRG client relationships including legal entity structures, contractual relationships and risk management. In addition, Mike provides legal counsel contract services to PRG clients in all areas of business law.

Mike’s unique expertise in the legal profession is the development of contractual agreements and legal structures specifically designed to anticipate and avoid failure. His sixteen years in litigation has resulted in a history of business failure modes and corresponding methods for failure avoidance.

Mr. Kilpatrick is Chairman of the Rochester Historical Districts Commission. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar and the Macomb County Bar Associations as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mike also provides pro bono council through the Common Ground Legal Clinic.

Mr. Kilpatrick has a Juris Doctor Degree from Detroit College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saginaw Valley State University.
