Dan LaRouche is president and C.E.O. of the Performance and Reliability Group, Inc., a management and technical services organization that was launched in 1995. The Performance and Reliability Group is a leader in the development and implementation of management and business intelligence systems necessary to achieve and maintain world-class competitiveness. Over the last decade, PRG has provided innovative leadership in the manufacturing, construction and environmental industries that put their clients in globally competitive and sustainable market positions.

Prior to forming PRG, Inc. Dan was an owner and Vice-president of the Huron Plastics Group, a recognized leader in automotive thermoplastics injection molding. In this capacity, Dan had overall responsibility for the development and implementation of management systems to achieve and maintain world-class performance. His specific responsibilities included strategic planning, organizational development, quality system technologies, and human resource development. Over his nine-year tenure, the Huron Plastics Group grew from $3OMM to $1OOMM in annual sales and expanded operations into Europe and South East Asia. During this exceptional growth period, HPG attained all of the top industry awards for excellence.

The foundation of Dan's professional career was twenty years in the Automotive industry encompassed time spent on the supplier and O.E.M. sides of the business. His experience has included the disciplines of manufacturing, product engineering, and purchasing. In addition, Dan has six years of experience in the oil industry as an international project manager with Schlumberger Technologies Ltd. 

Dan is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Mechanical Engineering, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional. He is an active member of the American Society of Quality, a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and on the Board of Directors of four privately held companies.
